Our competitions go beyond beauty — celebrating intellect, cultural expression, and global impact. Each delegate is recognized as a leader, advocate, and changemaker, representing their community with excellence.
Through a blend of virtual, hybrid, and in-person competitions, HEI creates equitable pathways for participation across the globe. Powered by the CrownMe platform, delegates can engage from anywhere — merging technology with tradition.

HEI Prime| 30+ | Empowerment, mentorship, and professional influence
HEI Minor | 7–17 | Confidence, creativity, and community engagement

The Equity Pathway to the Crown
A digital-to-global competition system designed for accessibility and excellence.

Local Titles
Delegates register through the CrownMe platform and automatically receive a title based on their city, region, or state
(e.g., Her Excellency, Lagos | Her Excellency, Bronx County).
This system ensures equal opportunity — no franchise or local pageant required.

National Competition (Virtual)
Local titleholders compete in their national pageant through digital submissions, interviews, and livestream presentations.

• Conducted fully through CrownMe

• Judged by international professionals

• Includes virtual fan voting and live feedback sessions

National winners advance to the Regional Level.

Regional Competition (Hybrid)
National winners compete regionally — online or through select live events.

Regions include:
Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, South America, and the Middle East.

• Combines live showcases and virtual participation

• Highlights advocacy projects through digital screenings

• Multiple regional titles may be awarded
   

If a regional event is not hosted, national winners automatically advance to the International Pageant.

International Pageant & Retreat (In-Person)
The journey culminates in the prestigious Her Excellency International Pageant and Global Harmony Retreat, held in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands (December 2026).

Delegates from around the world unite for a week of workshops, wellness sessions, leadership training, pageant preparation and cultural exchange — culminating in the grand crowning of Her Excellency International, HEI Prime, and HEI Minor.

Areas of Competition

Her Excellency International, HEI Prime, His Excellency International

• Digital Advocacy Presentation (25%) Delegates present their platform or project through a creative digital medium — such as video, slideshow, or interactive storytelling — demonstrating measurable social impact.

• Personal Interview (20%) A one-on-one conversation with judges about advocacy, leadership, and global vision. Conducted virtually or in person.

• Formal Wear (15%) Presentation of elegance, confidence, and presence. In hybrid events, both live and virtual participants are showcased together via screen projection.

• Cultural Expression (20%) A creative showcase celebrating heritage, innovation, and identity. 

• On-Stage Conversation (10%) Finalists engage in a live dialogue or respond to thought-provoking prompts on leadership, advocacy, and equity.

HEI Minor

• Personal Interview (25%) A friendly, guided Q&A with judges to highlight each child’s confidence and character.

• Creative Expression (20%) Contestants share a poem, artwork, dance, or performance inspired by their advocacy or passion.

• Platform Speech (20%) Delegates express their thoughts on a cause that matters to them — developing early public speaking and civic skills.

• Formal Wear (20%) Presentation in age-appropriate attire to display confidence and grace.

• On-Stage Conversation (15%) Light-hearted and encouraging questions during the final event.

• Virtual Competitions: Hosted on the CrownMe platform | Online interviews, video submissions, livestreams, and fan voting.

• Hybrid Competitions: Regional showcases combining live and virtual | Live streaming, real-time judging, AR experiences, and digital integration.

• In-Person (International): HEI Retreat & Grand Pageant | Leadership training, global networking, media appearances, and crowning ceremony.
